How do I start?

It's easy, just send me an e-mail outlining what you want (include your phone number). If I have questions, I will call you and discuss the job. Together we will define the job and the schedule. I will send you a Work Authorization defining the job. When I receive your written approval (fax, e-mail or USPS) I will start work.

How long does it take?

Well, it depends (you knew I was going to say that didn't you?) on the size of the job. Simple text is usually a three (3) day turnaround. The more complex jobs will have a specific delivery schedule.

How do I pay?

Pay Pal is my payment technique. You can use your credit or debit card, it's actually very easy. Just press a button and enter the secure Pay Pal web site to make your payment. The big thing is that it is secure.

When do I pay?

On jobs under $50, you pay after you have accepted the final draft. Over $50, I ask for a 50% retainer to be paid prior to starting the job. If, for some reason, the job is not completed, I will, of course, refund the retainer. All jobs are paid by agreement in the Work Authorization or Purchase Order.

What if i don't like it?

I will revise any job two (2) times without any additional charge. This is just part of the acceptance process. If you are not satisfied after two (2) revisions, which has never happened, I expect you to pay for the work in progress and we will call it a day.

Is everything original, no plagiarism, no cut and paste shortcuts?

There will never be any plagiarism under any circumstances. There can be (with your approval) direct quotes from other sources which will always be clearly identified as quotes from other sources and referencing those sources.
